Guidelines for SUBMISSION of Full Papers

To access the Full Paper submission platform, and associate a Full Paper to an accepted abstract - please use the same e-mail and password that you used when you submitted your abstract.
Should you not remember or have kept your password you can easily recover it clicking on the "recover password" button on the opening page.
Please note that the system will only allow you to submit a Full Paper connected to an Accepted Abstract (Oral Presentation, Distributed Paper, Poster).
Once you have entered the platform, please follow the simple step-by-step instructions for the easy upload of your Full Paper.
Guidelines for LAYOUT of Full Papers
The Full Paper should contain;
Title
Name of author(s)
Affiliated institution(s)
References
Contact address or e-mail.
Maximum Length
50.000 characters (with spaces), including tables, figures, notes and references
Font
Times New Roman, 12 point, regular
Layout
Line Spacing: 1.5 line
File Format
PDF
Title
Font: Times New Roman, 14 point, bold, centre aligned.
Line Spacing: Leave 2 blank lines below the title.
Author(s)
Font: Times New Roman, 12 point, centre aligned.
Order: given name(s) then surname.
References
Font: Times New Roman, 10 point, left justified.
Footnotes
If you use footnotes (ie notes at the bottom of each page) the reference numbers should be superscript 10 point.
Power point presentations
Presenters of ORAL papers are also welcome to submit/upload their power point presentation to the platform as a back up. Please follow the same steps as for the up load of a Full Paper chosing "power point presentation" in stead of "full paper" in the File Type column.
